Sites We Love

Hello Friends,
Excellent work on the last thread. Some of you have shared some excellent websites, and with this post I would like to invite everyone to share links to other sites they find helpful/useful/inspiring. Many times we can get caught in our own patterns of seeing the same sites, the same ideas over and over again.
Where else do you go on the web? Give a brief overview of the site(s), why you like it, and then a link. I’m sure that we’ll all benefit.
Thanks and best regards
Michael

Good alternative to the party line news and opinion from mainstream media
Billed as “The Web Portal of Choice for Freedom-loving Americans,” it’s the best source of high-quality information on the Insiders: their plans to subvert the Constitution, destroy our national sovereignty, and fold us into a New World Order.

Do NOT let anyone (other than intended) read the E-mails you send out. Encrypt to be secure and 100% sure of only intended receiver can read what you write.
You would never write to your lawyer on a postcard right? Why do that in unencrypted e-mails?
And it is Easy! I promise.

I just went and saw this movie last night, this is the movie website. Combine this movie with V for Vendetta and you pretty much cover the issues we debate here online:

Go see the movie, it’s good.

Well, you can always use some urban survival techniques once you wake from your slumber and come in from the wilderness. Stay alert, map out a course. Chomsky’s available for a counter punch and some global research, but there are a lot of dudes out there in the free Internet press.
If you’re interested in peak oil news, regarding Hubbert Peak theory, check out Grandfather’s Oil Report. I like to check the energy bulletins and see what Simmons has to say. But don’t spend all your time beating the oil drum because there’s life after the oil crash. Unless we power down and there’s a die-off. So beware, a lot of what we see is oil, smoke and mirrors.
Patriot Act notwithstanding, you can still find a gold dealer, get some gold money, and retain some modicum of liberty. Money is just one facet though and the realty reality is casting a gargantuan shadow. Government statistics appear interventional; analysis is tricky. But if you have any financial sense, you’re concerned about a dollar collapse.
At the end of the day I’m usually at the crossroads and looking for the whisky bar. I always stop at Le Metropole Café to check in with Bill; gata know what’s really going down. Tasty menu - lively, contrarian crowd; be sure to ask for a GR21, on-the-rocks. No, make that a double.
This maybe doesn’t quite fit, but maybe it does.
compleat mother
Muleskinner – I don’t know how it fits, but it’s kind of a cool site. …enjoy all your posts.
Jason M – calculated risk, good link
Ed …weird; like with Rich, that “twin sons from different mothers” thing…
Oh yeah – counterthink, I got to check that out some more (Like I needed more sites Sapiens)
Bp – billmon is out-a-here, you know? So many sharp dudes are cutting out. Demot (Idolworm) Kevin (Cryptogon). It wouldn’t sting so much if these were dumb asses; but they are sharp individuals.
Hey, a lot of overlap here guys, lots of great connections – need more time to hit them all - thanks

Everyone -
Thank you for all the great sites! I found some real gems among them. The ones I really like are all on the right hand side of the homepage: http://www.bullnotbull.com/bull
There is a lot of overlap. But there is also another great one, which I am about to add to that page. This is the most excellent link page in existence:
